We specialise in independent supported accommodation for young adults aged 16 plus, adults supported living services , domiciliary care services for children and adults and live in care. We support people with dementia, mental health illnesses, sensory impairment, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.We also supply healthcare professionals and carers to various establishments within the NHS and private companies.

Our Homecare service is committed to giving people quality care and assistance in the convenience of their own homes. We are aware that each person has specific requirements and preferences, and we work hard to provide individualised care that improves independence and quality of life.

Independent Supported Accommodation

We provide support and accommodation for young people aged 16+ with varied support needs. This includes care leavers, young offenders and unaccompanied asylum children and young people.We will work with the individual to develop a support plan which will take into account the holistic needs of the individual.We will offer frequent 1-1 sessions to support, empower and prepare the young person to develop the skills they need to live a fulfilled lifestyle as independent adults

We support our young people to develop independence and to acquire skills to help them transition into adulthood.

We aim to accomplish this by providing high standard accommodation and a supportive environment for our young people which altogether safeguards their wellbeing and welfare, and promotes their development.

Domiciliary Care Services

Providing anything from a visit a day to 24 hour live-in care services.

Our services is there to support you to continue living safely in your own home, surrounded by your belongings and memories. We provide care that is tailored around each individual client because we believe that each client is unique with his or her own individual needs and preferences. Therefore we endeavour to keep our clients in control whilst providing the care and support they want , wherever and whenever they want it.We provide a flexible domiciliary care service that covers anything from a check-in visit to personal care to 24-hour live in care. Our homecare services can also be utilised for short term assistance following an illness or injury, short term care needs.
